LA Series:

Takisawa Taiwan LA-250M CNC Lathe
Takisawa Taiwan LA-250M CNC Lathe
  • In-house manufactured turret and spindle feature high accuracy and rigidity.
  • From standard 2-axis truning to multi-axis turn mill applications with y-axis
  • Suitable for 10" chuck working range; whether for bar feeding applications or work using gantry loading/unloading devices, the new LA series machines are designed to offer precision turning and milling with excellent surface finish and reliability.
  • Maximum turning diameter: 250mm to 450mm
  • Bar capacity: 52mm diameter to 75mm diameter
  • Maximum turning length: 300mm to 765mm
  • Available standard 2-axis: X & Z
  • Or, other configurations: X, Z & C axis and X, Z, C & Y axis.

LS Series:

Takisawa Taiwan LS-1000L30 CNC Lathe
Takisawa Taiwan LS-1000L30 CNC Lathe
  • Extra heavy duty CNC lathes
  • Rigid base - ONE PIECE CASTING
  • Heavy internal ribbing used throughout the machine
  • Optimum structural design of 45 degree slant bed conducts the cutting force to the ground via the shortest path.
  • Features top quality performance in accuracy, stability and surface finish.
  • Spindles: are built in-house, high powered geared head provides high torque, especially when machining large diameter workpieces at low speeds.
  • Guideways: Box guideways for high rigidity are machined, ground and heat treated to hardness exceeding HRC60. The slideways are applied with Turcite for reducing friction, increasing quality and prolonged lifespan of guideways and ballscrews.
  • Available in X & Z axes;
  • Or, other configurations: X, Z & C axis and X, Z, C & Y axis
  • Maximum turning diameters from 680mm to 900mm
  • Spindle bores from 90mm to 180mm
  • Maximum turning lengths from 1000mm to 3000mm
  • Longer bed lengths available upon customer request

NEX Series

Takisawa Taiwan NEX-908 CNC Lathe
Takisawa Taiwan NEX-908 CNC Lathe
  • Built for the most discerning customer. Provides maximum rigidity and stability, alongside precision accuracy over years of operation.
  • Linear guideways on X & Z axes for fast feeds and precision. Oversized linear guideways in combination with large span between ways increases the stability and long term accuracy of the machine.
  • Ribbed cast iron: Highly ribbed bed and rugged construction helps to greatly minimise vibration during machining.
  • Tool turret: In-house manufactured servo turret is driven by a high performance servo motor, featuring smooth and fast indexing without error. High positioning accuracy and repeatability allow each lathe to achieve high precision cutting time after time.
  • Maximum turning diameters from 120mm to 400mm
  • Maximum turning lengths from 90mm to 657mm
  • Bar capacities from 26mm diameter to 75mm
  • Available in X & Z axes, along with X, Z & C axes configurations
