The C 22 GEN2 High-Performance Line machining centre has the same collision circle as the C12 but with a longer traverse paths and larger component dimensions – and that means a huge degree of flexibility.
Short process cycles, quick workflows and the highest possible machine dynamics: The flexible C 22 GEN2 machining centre is ideal for machining high-quality parts with excellent accuracy and small tolerances.
This High-Performance Line model has a number of highlights to offer, e.g. height-adjustable control panel and space-saving deployment of the chip conveyor.
The especially flexible machining centre can be transported without dismantling and set up without a foundation.

The two control systems which can be used with the C 22 GEN2 are the Heidenhain TNC7 and Siemens SINUMERIK ONE. They feature a variety of configurations and functionalities – including tools for improving precision for rotary and swivel operations, shell transformation and transparent tool management.
