Robust and Powerful Industrial Shredders

Genox has a good range of highly competent industrial shredders, and some of their popular series include the Behemoth (BH Series). These are heavy duty single shaft shredders, specifically designed to process a wide range of materials such as wood waste, plastics, bulky items, municipal waste, demolition waste, alternative fuels, and more. It features rotor knives that can be rotated and used on four edges, as well as quick change screens for accurate particle size control.

The Vision (V Series) are small to medium size reduction machines, suitable for processing a wide range of materials to a uniform particle size. The throughput ranges between 300kg/hr to 5000kg/hr, depending on the model, material type, screen size and application.

Other series include:

• The King Kong (K Series) – ideal for flexible and/or medium hardness hollow products often loaded in bales.
• The Mino (M Series) - designed for bulky or voluminous materials that may include contamination such as metals or stones.
• The Xeno (X Series) – used for pre-shredding of large volume or high strength materials which may contain contamination.

Genox shredders are energy efficient, and deliver maximum cutting force and productivity. Most models feature a shock absorbing gearbox, as well as twin speed hydraulics with integrated air cooler.
